At EasyUstore, our goal is to ensure total customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help and guide you through the exchange or return process.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us immediately at support@easyustore.com and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Exchange or Return Due to Regret
To request an exchange or return due to regret:
- Contact our support team at support@easyustore.com.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request and send further instructions.
Exchange & Return Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or return:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- A proof of purchase is required.
- Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges or returns for:
- Items with incorrect size, model, or variation selected by the customer.
- Customized or personalized products, including items with names, numbers, engravings, prints, or any form of customization, except in cases of defect.
- Personalized gifts.
- Personal or intimate-use products, when applicable.
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first.
Once the return is approved, the customer may place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping & Address Responsibility
- Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
EasyUstore is not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on the card issuer or financial institution and may take up to 30 days after approval.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
