Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been shipped — not from the purchase date.

- All packages include tracking and shipment protection.
- If your order is not delivered within 70 business days from the shipping date, you may request:
- A full refund, or
- A free reshipment

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
- In most cases, no import or customs fees are charged to the customer.
- Customs policies vary by country. If any duties or taxes are imposed by local authorities, these are the responsibility of the destination country.
- EasyU Cap is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, address corrections can be requested within 1 business day at no additional cost.
- If the order has already been shipped or is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee of $20 USD may apply.
EasyU Cap is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect address information.
