At EasyUstore, we are committed to delivering your order safely, transparently, and as efficiently as possible. Please review the information below to understand how our shipping and delivery process works.
Shipping Locations
EasyUstore ships internationally. Orders may be shipped directly from our international distribution centers, depending on product availability and destination.
All shipments include tracking information and delivery support.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
- Once processing is complete, the order is prepared and dispatched for shipment.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been shipped, not from the purchase date.

Estimated delivery time: 15 to 21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, and peak periods.
⚠️ Please note: During high-demand seasons (holidays, promotions, major events), delays may occur due to customs inspections, shipping congestion, or carrier limitations beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Delivery Guarantee
EasyUstore guarantees the delivery of your order.
- All packages include tracking and shipment protection.
- If your order is not delivered within 70 business days from the shipping date, you may request either:
- a full refund, or
- a free reshipment
The choice will be yours.
📦 Multiple items:
If your order contains more than one item, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
- In most cases, no import or customs fees are charged to the customer.
- However, customs policies vary by country. If any duties or taxes are imposed by local authorities, these are determined by the destination country.
- EasyUstore is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, address corrections can be requested within 1 business day after purchase, at no additional cost.
- If the order has already been shipped or is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee of $20 USD may apply.
EasyUstore is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect address information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and assist you according to our delivery guarantee.
Returns & Exchanges (Shipping-Related)
Return or exchange requests related to shipping issues must follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy and be submitted within 7 days of delivery, when applicable.
Accepted situations include:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items received (wrong model or customization)
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
